Ingredients
- 1 black tea bag (or 1 tbsp loose-leaf black tea)
- 200ml hot water
- 3-4 slices fresh lemon
- 1-2 tsp sugar (optional)
Steps
- Place the black tea bag (or loose-leaf tea in an infuser) into a mug. Pour hot water over it. Let it steep.
- Remove the tea bag/infuser. Add the fresh lemon slices to the tea. Gently press the lemon slices with a spoon to release their juice.
