Ingredients
- 400g eggplant
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 stalks green onions, finely chopped
Steps
- Wash and cut the eggplant into thick slices or wedges.
- Steam the eggplant until very tender, about 8-10 minutes.
