- 400g cooked Japanese short-grain rice (about 2 servings)
- 100g takana (pickled mustard greens), finely chopped and squeezed dry
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp roasted white sesame seeds
- 0.5 tsp sugar (optional)
- 1 tbsp dashi stock (optional)
