- 50g Sweet Almonds
- 10g Bitter Almonds
- 8 pieces Red Dates
- 60g Rock Sugar
- 1.5 Liters Water
Steps
- Rinse and soak sweet almonds and bitter almonds in warm water for 30 minutes. Drain.
- Peel, core, and cut the snow pears into large chunks.
- Rinse and pit the red dates.
- Bring water to a boil in a large pot.
- Add the soaked almonds, pitted red dates, and pear chunks to the boiling water.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 60 minutes.
- Add rock sugar to the pot.
