- 50g Sugar
- 8g Gelatin Powder
- 100ml Water
- 50ml Evaporated Milk (Optional, for topping)
Steps
- Peel and steam the purple sweet potatoes until very soft.
- Mash the steamed purple sweet potatoes until smooth.
