- 300g peeled and cubed pumpkin
- 200ml coconut milk
- 100ml water
- 80g granulated sugar
- 100g glutinous rice flour
- 50g tapioca starch

- Peel and cube the pumpkin. Steam until very soft.
- Mash the steamed pumpkin into a smooth paste.
