- 300 grams Fresh Taro, peeled and diced
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 50 grams Sago Pearls
- 80 grams Rock Sugar, or to taste
- 500 ml Water
- 50 ml Evaporated Milk (optional)
Steps
- Steam the taro until very tender.
