Ingredients
- 280g chicken breast
- 150g jasmine rice (cooked)
- 1 large egg
- 8 cloves garlic
- 20g Thai holy basil
- 2 whole red chilies
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp palm sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 60ml chicken stock

- Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces
- Mince the garlic and slice the red chilies
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat
- Add garlic and chilies, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant
- Add diced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes
