- 2 Salted egg yolks, roughly chopped (or 1 whole salted egg, white and yolk, chopped)
- 60g Water chestnuts, peeled and finely diced
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Water

Steps
- In a large bowl, combine minced pork, chopped salted egg yolks, diced water chestnuts, light soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, white pepper, cornstarch, and water.
- Mix thoroughly by hand for 3-5 minutes until the mixture becomes sticky and well-combined, making sure to work the meat in one direction.

- Steam for 12-15 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
