- 50g Luncheon Meat, sliced
- 1 piece Sausage, sliced
- 1 Egg
- 500ml Water
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 packet Noodle Seasoning Packet
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Hot Water (for sauce)
- 1 stalk Spring Onion, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Steps
- Slice the luncheon meat and sausage. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, noodle seasoning packet, sugar, and hot water to make the sauce.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan. Fry luncheon meat and sausage until lightly browned. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, fry the egg to your liking. Remove and set aside.
- Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add instant noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
- Place the drained instant noodles into a serving bowl. Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles. Toss well to coat the noodles evenly with the sauce. Top with the fried luncheon meat, sausage, and egg. Garnish with chopped spring onion if desired. Serve immediately.
