- 2 pcs rock cod fillets (about 150g each)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 3 tbsp XO sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped spring onion (for garnish)
Steps
- Pat the rock cod fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and white pepper. Dust lightly with cornstarch.
