Ingredients
- 1 can (180g) Canned Dace with Black Beans
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 stalk Spring Onion
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
Steps
- Deseed and cut the red, yellow, and green bell peppers into strips.
- Mince the garlic cloves. Chop the spring onion into small pieces.
- Open the can of dace with black beans. Carefully transfer the dace and black beans into a heatproof dish. Arrange the bell pepper strips and minced garlic around and on top of the dace.
- Place the dish into a preheated steamer and steam for 8-10 minutes.
- Carefully remove the dish from the steamer. Sprinkle the chopped spring onion over the steamed dace and bell peppers. Heat the cooking oil in a small pan until smoking, then carefully pour the hot oil over the spring onion to release its aroma. Serve immediately with rice.
