- 200g Bacon strips
- 300g Sweet corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 150g Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 50g Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1tbsp Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 stalks Green onions, chopped
- 1tbsp Sesame seeds
- 0.5tsp Black pepper
- 0.5tsp Salt
