- 400g Beef sirloin or rib eye, thinly sliced
- 3tbsp Soy sauce
- 1.5tbsp Sesame oil
- 1tbsp Sugar
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1tbsp Ginger, minced
- 2tbsp Mirin or rice wine
- 1tbsp Vegetable oil
- 300g Cooked white rice
- 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
- 1tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted
